Shipping Policy

Orders are hand-checked and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• United States — 3–6 business days
• Canada — 5–9 business days
• Europe & United Kingdom — 5–10 business days
• Rest of world — 8–15 business days

Estimates begin after dispatch and exclude customs delays, which are outside our control.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Shipping is free, but any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by the destination country are payable by the recipient.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch where possible.

If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't moved for 10 business days, contact support@getyourprana.com and we'll open a carrier investigation and replace or refund the order.
